Take a deep breath. You’re in trusted hands.
Embracing a whole-person approach to mental wellness and lifelong fulfillment so you can thrive!

Welcome to Soulana Sanctuary, a sacred space for healing, transformation, and deep self-discovery.
I’m Alexandria Victoria Valline, MACP, LMHC — a Bellingham, Washington based licensed therapist, healer, facilitator, writer, and speaker dedicated to bridging the gap between traditional therapy and holistic healing for meaningful, lasting change.
With a background as a United States Navy Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Victim Advocate (SAPRVA), I now focus on empowering others through evidence-based therapies, including EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfully integrated with movement and somatic work, expressive arts, and nature-based eco therapy to support deep healing and transformation.
At Soulana Sanctuary, I provide a safe and supportive space for you to heal trauma, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your most authentic, empowered self. Whether you’re seeking relief from emotional pain, working to unlearn limiting beliefs, or simply looking for a deeper connection to yourself, I’m here to support you.
Ready to begin? Schedule a complimentary 15-minute video consultation to see if we’re a mutual fit. For non-therapy services, fill out the contact form, and we’ll be in touch soon!
“Change is inevitable, but I believe that you possess incredible strength and wisdom to navigate through whatever comes your way.”
- Alexandria Victoria Valline, MACP, LMHC
Healing isn’t just what I do—it’s who I am.
My journey into this work wasn’t linear—it was a calling shaped by my own experiences with trauma, resilience, and a deep need for something beyond just talk therapy.
After years of working within traditional mental health frameworks, I recognized the necessity of an integrative, body-mind-soul approach. That realization led me to create Soulana Sanctuary, a space where evidence-based therapy meets holistic healing.
I specialize in working with individuals 18+ using a personalized blend of ACT, CBT, DBT, EMDR, somatics and movement, mindfulness, expressive arts, and nature-based eco therapy. My passion lies in helping you regulate your nervous system, heal emotional wounds, heal trauma, and cultivate a deep sense of inner safety and self-trust.

Areas of Expertise
Land Acknowledgement
I acknowledge that I live and work on the ancestral lands of the Nooksack, Lummi, and Coast Salish peoples, who have long recognized the interconnectedness of all life and cared for this land and waters for generations. I understand that my presence here is a direct result of colonization, which displaced Indigenous communities and caused lasting harm. I honor their elders and histories and commit to fostering meaningful relationships and working toward collective healing, justice, and a deeper respect for the connections that sustain us all.
