Head to the “Contact” page and either fill out the contact form (not HIPAA compliant so please do not share any personal health information) or by clicking the “book a consultation” link which will allow you to book a consultation immediately within the Simple Practice Client Portal. This is recommended as you’ll be able to see what’s available and select the day and time that works best for you or you and your partner.

Video consultations are 15 minute video chats that give us the opportunity to meet, get to know each other a bit, and see if we are a mutual match. We will talk about what is currently going on for you, I will ask clarifying questions to better understand your needs and goals for therapy. This is also an opportunity for me to answer any questions you have about me, my approach, or therapy in general! If you don’t feel I am the best fit for you, that’s okay! What’s most important to me is that you get the care and support you need and deserve. So, I will provide you with several referrals of well-respected therapists so you can find the most aligned support!

We’ll start with a 15-20 minute complimentary meet and greet video consultation, so we can get to know one another a bit more and you can expand on your current life landscape and share some of your needs and goals for therapy.
If we are a mutual match, we will schedule our first session which is an intake session. The intake session is largely an information gathering session and is extended to 60-minutes. We will use this time to connect at a deeper level, go over clinical boundaries, answer any questions you might have, and choose the frequency of sessions that is most appropriate for you at this time. Typically, I meet with clients on a weekly basis for standard 53 minute sessions.
Life is overwhelming enough, finding a therapist shouldn’t be. I am here to make this process as easy as possible for you, if anything isn’t clear, please ask - I am here for you.

Sometimes sitting in front of a screen, or even in an office, can be stifling! A nice way to shake up the habitual is with Walk + Talk Therapy, where we meet outdoors for our therapy session and enjoy a leisurely stroll at Boulevard Park or Lake Padden. There are many benefits to Walk + Talk therapy, including incorporating movement into your day and increasing time spent in, nature, all while also receiving the support you need!
Walk + Talk sessions are dependent upon the weather. During inclement weather we will return to our virtual meeting, these weather conditions include but are not limited to: ice/snow, excessive heat, natural disaster.
Note: Confidentiality and privacy cannot be guaranteed during our Walk + Talk sessions, as our conversations could be overheard. If you are concerned about this, virtual sessions may be more appropriate.

I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Bastyr University and my Bachelor’s degree in Art History and Political Science from the University of Northern Colorado. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State (License #: LH 61626636) and have dedicated my career to providing compassionate, trauma-informed care rooted in evidence-based approaches.
My training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Level I Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Level I and am actively working toward certification. Additionally, I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and integrate somatic and nervous system-based approaches to support healing at a deeper level.
As an IFS-informed therapist, I help clients explore their inner world with greater self-compassion and clarity. My work is also deeply influenced by meditation and mindfulness practices, which I have studied and incorporated for many years to help clients develop self-awareness, resilience, and emotional balance.
