As a trauma-informed, EMDR-trained, and relational therapist, I offer a compassionate space for self-exploration and healing, where you can process your thoughts, emotions, and life experiences with curiosity and openness.

I provide individual therapy for adults (18+) in Washington State, helping clients who seek mental wellness, personal growth, and emotional healing. Whether you're navigating stress, anxiety, past trauma, life transitions, or self-doubt, therapy is an opportunity to gain clarity, build resilience, and reconnect with your authentic self.

Therapy with me is both deep and expansive—at times intense and transformative, yet also playful, creative, and uplifting. I weave together EMDR, somatic awareness, and relational therapy while incorporating art, nature, and creative expression where it feels supportive. Sessions are shaped by your needs—whether that means processing deep emotions, exploring new perspectives, or finding moments of lightness along the way.
